I decided to type in that link to see what else they had to say. After all snacking on potato chips is not conducive to a healthy lifestyle and certainly not aerobics!

It may just be me, but the skeptic in me (yes, there is one of THOSE) wants to take any of this advice with a grain of salt (no pun intended ). Having a snack food corporation giving me health tips seems a little like going to a tobacco company for tips on quitting smoking.

Somewhere, there just HAS to be a conflict of interest
